The Opportunity
We’re seeking an adaptable People & Culture Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract.
While you’ll be supported by a collaborative P&C function, this role requires someone who is confident working autonomously, taking ownership of their responsibilities, and managing priorities with minimal supervision.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Act as a first point of contact for employee queries on HR policies, processes, and payroll.

  • Coordinate the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes, and offboarding.

  • Support recruitment activities in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team.

  • Maintain accurate records in our HRIS, with experience in system changes highly regarded.

  • Prepare HR documentation, reports, and compliance materials.

  • Contribute to engagement and wellbeing initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years’ experience in HR operations or a similar role, with proven ability to work independently.

  • Experience with HRIS systems, including implementing or actioning changes (highly desirable).

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).

  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise effectively.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
