Lumus Imaging is currently seeking an experienced general and CT Radiographer to take on the role of Site Manager at Lingard Private Hospital. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operational services at the site, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality and efficient imaging service for both our patients and referrers. Additionally, you will provide leadership and guidance to the staff under your supervision, as well as manage rosters and leave for technical personnel.

You duties will include:

  • Implementation and oversight of Workplace Health and Safety and Quality Assurance activities.
  • Fostering of relationships with referrers, providing them with ongoing support and engagement.
  • Execution of CT and X-ray responsibilities in alignment with organizational standards.
  • Coordination of staff rosters for Hunter Sites and On-Call duties.
  • Management of procurement processes and effective stock inventory management.
  • Execution of performance management strategies and facilitation of staff development initiatives.
     

Requirements:

  • Senior CT/ General Radiographer with a minimum of five years of post-qualification experience.
  • Full-time position with standard and flexible working hours.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in problem-solving and organizational multitasking abilities.
  • Previous management experience is advantageous.
