About You

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• Previous admin experience—ideally within healthcare, with confidence in managing patient records and appointment bookings

• Excellent communication and organisational skills—you thrive in a busy environment and always put the patient first

• A genuine passion for patient care and the desire to make a positive impact in the community

• Flexibility to work across an in-hours and after-hours roster, including occasional weekend shifts (attractive shift penalties apply)

What You’ll Do

As a Medical Receptionist, your responsibilities will include:

• Being the first point of contact for patients and referrers, delivering warm, professional customer service

• Booking medical appointments and providing clear, helpful information

• Maintaining patient records with accuracy and attention to detail

• Assisting with Medicare billing and banking, supported by your experienced team

Availability: You must be available to work across extended trading hours between 6:00am – 9:30pm
