Lumus Imaging Maroubra is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Medical Receptionist to join our team on a Permanent Full-Time basis.

• Experienced in administration or healthcare – While not essential, previous experience in medical reception, patient records, or appointment bookings is highly desirable.
• Flexible and team-oriented – You’re willing to support our sister site when needed and help cover shifts when required.

Your Role at a Glance:

As a Medical Receptionist, you will:

• Be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience.
• Schedule medical exams and appointments with efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage patient records with high attention to detail, ensuring all information is up to date.
• Assist with Medicare billing and banking, supported by your team.
• Balance competing priorities in a busy environment while maintaining professionalism.
