Lumus Imaging is looking for a Medical Liaison Officer to join our team on a permanent part-time basis—starting at 2–3 days per week, with the view to grow to full-time. 

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, connecting with healthcare professionals, and playing a key role in supporting accessible, high-quality imaging services in their local community. 

We're especially interested in candidates based in the Central Coast or Hunter region, who bring valuable community insight and established networks to the role. 
 
 

About the Role: 

As a Medical Liaison Officer, you’ll serve as a essential link between Lumus Imaging and the healthcare professionals who refer patients to our services. You’ll focus on growing business relationships, expanding our network of referrers, and representing our brand with your honest, professional, and community-driven approach. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 

  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new referrers 

  • Promote Lumus Imaging’s services to GPs, specialists, and allied health professionals 

  • Develop and execute a local territory plan in collaboration with the broader sales team 

  • Resolve queries or concerns from healthcare partners with a solutions-focused mindset 

  • Identify new business opportunities in your region and generate quality leads 

  • Track and report on competitor activity and market trends 

  • Support marketing initiatives and events that drive brand awareness and engagement 

 

About you: 

  • A strong communicator with excellent social skills 

  • Motivated self-starter with a enthusiasm for business development and healthcare engagement 

  • Familiarity with the Central Coast or Hunter region communities is highly valued 

  • A background in healthcare, sales, marketing, or customer relationship management is desirable 

  • Comfortable with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite 

  • Holds a valid driver's licence and is happy to travel
