QLD Clinical Trials Coordinator

Healius Pathology is seeking a Clinical Trials Coordinator to provide frontline communication between Clinical trials organisations, Clinical trial clients and Healius.

 

Responsibilities:

  • To manage the processing of samples from Clinical Trial Clients.

  • Ensure timely reporting and delivery of results.

  • Respond within set number of business days to requests for Pricing and TAT of tests.

  • Maintain storage of samples after testing

  • Retention and retrieval of samples for Clients when required

  • Maintain compliance with Regulatory Standards

 

Skills & Experience Required:

  • 5+ years experience working in a core pathology laboratory
  • Knowledge of the specific requirements of clinical trial referrals

  • Excellent liaising skills with CRO's and Clinical trial sponsors

  • High level of attention to details to achieve quality accurate work

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Excellent understanding of core lab operations

  • A thorough understanding of Clinical Trials is desirable
