Schedule: 76hrs per fortnight, 0900 - 1700 Monday - Friday

About the role 

We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated to become part of a passionate and engaged team. Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

  • Liaise closely with Collection Coordinator to deliver pathology service.
  • Training including competencies for SRA and Courier in timely manner.
  • Responsible for ensuring robust and effective recruitment and onboarding practices are in place for SRA and Courier Team Members.
  • Complete rostering in timely manner for SRA and Courier.
  • Investigation and resolution of missing specimens, delayed results etc.
  • Conduct regular reviews of courier runs and SRA to ensure that they are operating efficiently.
