An opportunity is now available for a Billing Officer to join our Hospital billings team based in our Sydney office. This junior role will be ideal for someone with 6-12 months experience in a similar role.

What You Will Be Doing
 

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Process rejection lists in the system and ensure correct procedures are followed.
• Handle billing disputes and review rejection lists.
• Validate and correct data on invoicing spreadsheets for priority customers.
• Investigate and resolve billing queries efficiently.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure billing accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve billing processes and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with billing policies and regulatory requirements.

• Background in medical billing or accounting is desirable
• Qualifications in Finance or Business desirable
